Makes 2 cups
2 cups cooked Timeless Natural Food Black Butte Chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkling of salt
Rinse the chickpeas. Lay out on a double layer of paper towels and let air dry for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and pour out onto a parchment-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 20–30 minutes. The chickpeas are done when they have popped open and begun to brown. Best enjoyed the same day.
