Great for brunch, this colorful cocktail compliments mild egg dishes as well as savory offerings including smoked salmon.
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon fruit liqueur (We used Willie’s Distillery Choke Cherry)
3-5 ounces chilled sparkling wine (Prosecco for extra fizziness, is shown here.)
In the glass, stir the sugar into the fruit liqueur to blend until sugar dissolves, then add the chilled sparkling wine and an optional garnish of maraschino cherry.
