Lockhorn Flathead Cherry Cider Cocktail

As the cool weather rolls in and kitchens warm up with preparation of meats and rich sauces, we searched for a cocktail worthy of the season. Spicy, savory, earthy, and sweet, Anna Deal’s Lockhorn Flathead Cherry Cider Cocktail doesn’t disappoint.


1 sprig of rosemary
1 ounce vodka
8 ounces Lockhorn Flathead Cherry Cider or Lockhorn Black
Currant Cider
Optional: ½ ounce lime juice and ¼ ounce maple
Garnish: 1 sprig of sugared rosemary

Muddle rosemary in the bottom of a glass then add ice. Combine vodka, cider, lime juice, and syrup in a shaker cup. Pour mixture over the ice and garnish with sugared rosemary.
