Mary May

Mary May is a teaching chef and graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Also a Chopra Certified Perfect Health/Ayurveda Instructor, Mary brings Ayurvedic principles and years of experience to her passion for food and nutrition. Through her teaching she hopes to share an awareness that food, meal preparation, and the sharing and creation of a good meal can represent community and love.
